Bringing a Booth to Life

Brand USA

When a longtime client approached us with an all-new booth concept, we created an immersive space that put the spotlight on their destination marketing programs at IPW.

From FY13–FY22, Brand USA’s marketing efforts generated 8 million incremental visitors and $26.4 billion in incremental spending. Their presence at IPW is one of the key ways they achieve this.

Brand USA is the public-private partnership responsible for promoting the United States as a premier travel destination.

From FY13–FY22, Brand USA’s marketing efforts generated 8 million incremental visitors and $26.4 billion in incremental spending. Their presence at IPW is one of the key ways they achieve this.

As Brand USA’s marketing and events partner since 2011, we create high-impact exhibit booths at trade shows across the world, including IPW, the travel industry’s premier international marketplace and the largest generator of travel to the U.S. Our goal for each show is to help Brand USA recruit partners and engage travel/tourism professionals in their mission to share the many travel destinations and experiences in the USA.

When Brand USA approached us with an all-new booth concept for IPW, we were up for the challenge to bring the new design to life, creating a booth that makes Brand USA stand out among thousands of exhibitors—ultimately cultivating networking opportunities and generating partnerships.

From FY13–FY22, Brand USA’s marketing efforts generated 8 million incremental visitors and $26.4 billion in incremental spending. Their presence at IPW is one of the key ways they achieve this.

  • We custom-built, fabricated, and installed a new 70’ x 80’ booth featuring a 12’ tall surrounding lattice wall, crafted from durable, high-quality ash timber wood, lined with sizable, branded graphics.
  • We hand-crafted coordinating structural elements, including reception counters, high-top tables, mobile sound panel walls, and demo stations with built-in shelving.
  • We produced a dimensional photo op wall, complete with custom-made, CNC-cut props and a backlit logo.
  • We created an inviting and professional atmosphere equipped with 25 meeting tables and a lounge area for attendees to conduct meetings and media interviews and to network.
  • We incorporated all-new tech, including:
    • A working, soundproof podcast studio that hosted live recordings throughout the show.
    • A sit-in movie theater with directional sound technology that showcased scenes from Brand USA’s GoUSA TV network, United Stories campaign, and the America’s Musical Journey giant-screen film.
    • Two interactive demo stations with 86” touchscreen monitors.
    • Three digital screens built into the lattice structure that displayed looping animated reels to capture attention and welcome booth visitors.

From FY13–FY22, Brand USA’s marketing efforts generated 8 million incremental visitors and $26.4 billion in incremental spending. Their presence at IPW is one of the key ways they achieve this.

With space for networking, conducting business, and entertainment, the exhibit offers an immersive experience, showcasing Brand USA as a leader in destination marketing and positioning the USA as a dynamic travel destination to the 5,000+ travel professionals, 1,000+ U.S. travel organizations, industry buyers, journalists, and digital influencers who attend IPW each year.
