To help its members better target consumers and identify opportunities for growth, the U.S. Dairy Export Council (USDEC) conducted market research on how 23 countries use pizza cheese blends. Then, they asked Novak Birch to present their findings in a meaningful way that would help members focus their marketing efforts and increase sales. To translate the data into easy-to-understand, actionable information to be included in various USDEC reports distributed to members, we created a flexible template that accommodates data for different international markets. Using the template, we created a one-page infographic for each country that highlights key findings, opportunities to expand the pizza cheese market, and predicted market changes.
