Despite its 26-year tenure, TRUST was not a well-known solution in the credit union market outside of its stakeholders. TRUST sought to rebrand to prepare for change in the investment market and better position themselves as a desirable credit union investment option.

- We conducted qualitative and quantitative research to define TRUST’s role in the marketplace as well as customer and stakeholder perceptions.
- We crafted a messaging platform that clearly communicates key benefits and differentiators.
- We developed a new brand identity, including logo, color, typeface, and imagery.
- We redesigned the website to elevate the TRUST brand and to incorporate key benefits as well as helpful resources, a calendar of events, user-friendly contact methods, and the ability to upload videos.
